Retailer Status
Jasmin Mobile is a premium retailer. We do not manufacture these products; we source 100% genuine inventory from authorized brands.
Order Verification
Our team requires up to 24 hours to verify payment screenshots. Only accurate, original receipts will be accepted for processing.
Payment Protocols
Orders are only placed after a valid payment screenshot is uploaded. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable but is coming soon. Providing a fake or incorrect screenshot will result in immediate order cancellation and potential account suspension.
Shipping Charges
Product prices displayed do not include shipping fees. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically at the checkout stage based on your pincode and order value. Users must review the final amount including shipping before confirming.
Account & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their verified email accounts. Any disputes or issues should be reported to us via our official contact channels. All interactions are governed by the local laws of Dang, Gujarat.
