1. Information Collection
When you use Jasmin Mobile, we collect basic sign-in data (Name, Email) and shipping details (Phone, Address) to facilitate your orders. We do not store your passwords; authentication is handled securely via Google and Firebase.
2. Payment Proof Policy
For manual UPI payments, we require a transaction screenshot. To ensure your financial privacy, these screenshots are automatically and permanently deleted from our database once your order is marked as 'Delivered' in our system.
3. Data Usage & Safety
Your data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and logistics tracking. We never sell your personal information to third parties. We utilize SSL encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
